I am a coach and trainer with over 20 years’ experience in delivering successful change projects and transformation programs. I am a trusted strategic advisor and consultant - sought out for my expertise and successes in supporting organisations and individuals to achieve their change and transformation objectives.
I developed my first training program at age nine, which was titled ‘Beading for Beginners’ and delivered at my local craft shop. It was here that I first experienced the power of training and teaching, learning not only that it was something that came naturally to me, but also the joy of the ‘a-ha’ moment - where something I’d taught really began to click with the audience. Later at age 24, I had the opportunity to build my first tailored change program which saw over 300 travel agencies across Australia and New Zealand transition onto a new technology platform over the course of six months.
Since then, I have worked across a wide range of sectors, from travel, banking and finance, to health insurance, property services, local and state government and higher education. The one thing these organisations have in common? They’ve all gone on to achieve their business goals while putting the experience of their most valuable asset - their people - at the heart of their decisions and plans.
What is a humaneer?
Well, it's a little made up word that captures what it means to be a passionate champion of humans. Kinda like a engineer - but for humans :-)
